Setting up Budget in Geobounty

Objective:

The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to set up their budget in Geobounty for their Clicki campaigns. This will allow them to customize their budget by geographies and optimize their spending based on their target locations.

Key Steps:

  1. Log into your Clicki account.

  2. Go to the "Campaigns" section.

  3. Locate the default campaign called "Referral Rewards".

  4. Under the "Geobounty" tab, set your budget.

  5. Customize your budget by geographies based on your business needs.

  6. If you are a local business, consider spending only in certain areas where you operate.

  7. If you are a national business, avoid paying for traffic in markets that you cannot service.

  8. Set your click budget under the "Click" section.

  9. Specify the amount you are willing to pay per click.

  10. Set the referral bonus for conversions, such as when a user signs up and becomes a paying customer.

  11. Adjust the click budget and referral bonus according to your business goals and budget.

  12. Set the geographic targeting by specifying the radius around a specific location.

  13. Use the handles to expand or shrink the radius.

  14. Add more radius targets if you have multiple locations or states.

  15. Consider setting higher budgets for locations where you want to push growth.

  16. Utilize the option to add multiple Geobounties and budgets for different locations.

  17. Seek help from the support team by clicking the "Get Help" button at the bottom right of the app if needed.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Make sure to set your budget carefully to avoid overspending or underspending.

  • Double-check the geographic targeting to ensure it aligns with your business operations.

  • Review your budget periodically to make any necessary adjustments based on performance and goals.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Familiarize yourself with the different budget options and their impact on your campaigns.

  • Consider the specific needs and goals of each location when setting budgets.

  • Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of your campaigns to optimize your budget allocation.
