How to Request Your API Key from Real Green Systems for Service Assistant 5 (SA5)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for obtaining your API key from Real Green Systems for your SA5 CRM. Having your API key is essential for integrating leads and automating key processes. Follow the steps carefully to ensure a smooth process.


Step 1: Request Your API Key

If you do not already have your API key, you’ll need to contact your account manager at Real Green Systems. Send them the following email exactly as written to sales@realgreen.com


Subject: Request for API Key for Service Assistant 5

Dear Real Green Team,

I am requesting an API key for my Service Assistant 5 account to enable integrations for lead management. Please let me know the next steps in purchasing the API key.

Step 2: Real Green's Follow-Up

Once you’ve sent the email, your account manager will respond with details on how to purchase your API key. They will also provide a PDF application form that you’ll need to complete.


Step 3: Send the PDF to Our Team

Forward the PDF form to our team at crm@joinclicki.com, and we will fill it out for you. This ensures that all necessary details are accurate and complete.


Step 4: Submit the Completed PDF

Once you receive the completed form back from our team, submit it to Real Green Systems exactly as written. Important:


After Approval

Once your API application is approved, Real Green Systems will issue your API keys. Next steps:

  1. Forward the API keys to our team. We will use them to connect the leads generated through your website directly into your Service Assistant account.

  2. If you already use ServiceBot, you do not need to purchase an API key. Leads can be seamlessly inserted into Real Green via ServiceBot.


Additional Integrations

Once the API integration is set up, we will enhance your Service Assistant 5 functionality with the following:

  1. Connect Your CAW (Customer Assistant Website):

    • We will add a menu item link for Clicki Referrals. This will allow your customers to access the referral portal, submit referrals, cash out, and get their referral links while paying their bill in the CAW.
  2. Enhance Your AMA Emails:

    • Clicki-powered calls-to-action (CTAs) will be included in your automated AMA emails, encouraging your customers to participate in referral programs.
